Every August, Paide in Järva County hosts Arvamusfestival (the Opinion Festival) Estonia's largest public debate platform. Three sheep arrived in Annelinn, Tartu's ClimaGen intervention site, on a very direct request from residents during community discussions about their neighbourhood.
