Gernika-Lumo

Gernika-Lumo is a historical town in the province of Biscay, in the Basque Country. Internationally known for the 1937 bombing and Picasso's work, Gernika has been a symbol of Basque regional sovereignty for centuries. Another particularity of Gernika is that it is located within Urdaibai, a protected natural area of great biodiversity, listed by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve in 1984.

By integrating co-creation, youth engagement and nature-based solutions, Tartu is developing inclusive approaches to transform public spaces and support sustainable urban development.

GAIA
GAIA is the Association of Industries of Applied Knowledge and Technology of the Basque Country, and its aim is to boost the development and growth in the Engineering, Consulting, Electronics-IT and Telecommunications sectors, and to favour the assimilation and efficient usage of the sector's technologies, with the aim of collaborating in the development of the Information and Knowledge Society. As a cluster it promotes policy and ICT Deployment to the industry within the region.

ESKILARA
ESKILARA is an open innovation accelerator specializing in promoting user-driven innovation through real-world co-creation processes. With an emphasis on living lab methodologies, ESKILARA creates collaborative environments where communities of service and technology developers co-design and test innovative solutions. The organization also facilitates engagement with public and social stakeholders to ensure the relevance of the innovations it supports.
